Shipping policy

We offer international shipping to countries other than France, China, and Japan. The estimated delivery time for these countries is approximately one month. Please note that clearance fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Complimentary international shipping on orders over 900€

For orders outside of the EU, duties will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer worldwide 15 days standard shipping through DHL, UPS, and DPD (domestic deliveries).

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our delivery cost may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Nicole HON Paris cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Nicole HON Paris.

Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.

For orders placed in USD or in GBP, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments UPS will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.

For orders placed in PLN or EUR outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
